- Arrive 45 minutes before the activity start time
- Drivers must be ages 16+ and hold a valid driver license or permit
- Participants ages 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult age 18+ throughout the tour
- Maximum combined weight is 450 lbs
- Closed-toe shoes are required; Crocs, sandals, and flip-flops are not allowed
- Wear comfortable clothes that can get wet or dirty; long pants are recommended
- At check-in, present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID in the booking contact's name
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Bookings made within 48 hours are final. Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refund or rescheduling. If the operator cancels for safety concerns, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
