Zipline participants must weigh 45–250 lbs and wear closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops, sandals, or Crocs). Minimum guest count to run varies by time of year. You must sign an electronic waiver for each activity.
Cancellation Policy
$15 plus tax per person is non-refundable for bookings made more than 3 days in advance; the balance is refundable with at least 3 days notice (14 days if receiving a group discount). Less than 3 days: no refunds. A $20 transportation fee is charged if only 2 guests.
