Itinerary
- Reserve your preferred date and provide one or two backup dates when possible.
- Receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions and check in with the operator one to two days before your flight.
- Arrive a few minutes early to the meeting point for check-in and a brief safety orientation.
- Proceed to a nearby launch site and, if you wish, help with inflation as the balloon is prepared.
- Take off at sunrise for approximately one hour of flight while the chase crew follows.
- Land at a safe location, pack the balloon, then return to the meeting location for a champagne or cider celebration.

- Pregnant passengers are not permitted
- Requires standing for the full flight and entering and exiting the basket unassisted
- Medical conditions that would prevent a flight are not permitted
- Suitable weather is required; flights run March through November
- Flights require at least five passengers in total to operate
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before flight. Cancellations 72–48 hours before: 50% of the fare is due. Less than 48 hours or no-shows: full fare is due. Full refund if the operator cannot fly.
