• Weight requirement: 40–260 lbs; weight is checked at check-in
• Travelers weighing 40–69 lbs ride lines 1–4 independently and lines 5–7 with a certified guide
• Children 12 and under must zipline with an adult age 13 or older
• Wear fully enclosed toe-and-heel shoes, such as athletic or hiking shoes
• Complete a liability waiver; a legal guardian must sign for travelers under 18
• Bring the physical payment card and corresponding ID used for the reservation to check-in
• Requires hiking 1/2 mile at elevation over uneven surfaces
• Chronic heart problems and pregnancy prevent participation
• Recent surgery, especially on the ankles, knees, or back, prevents participation
