Hot air ballooning is weather dependent. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund. If you can’t reschedule, weather cancellations are refundable.
Dress for outdoor conditions and expect temperatures to change during the flight. Wear closed-toe shoes (no flip flops or Crocs) and avoid loose items like scarves; women are recommended not to wear a dress or skirt. Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and you can bring a camera, sunglasses, and a hat.
