Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to pick up tickets
- Children ages 1–10 must stay with an adult at all times
- Infants 11 months and younger must ride on a lap or in a body carrier; strollers and car seats are not allowed on the train
- Leave outside alcohol, glass, and large containers such as hard-sided coolers behind
- Prepare for any weather; refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
- A release of liability and assumption of risk is required for participation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a 90% refund of the ticket subtotal. No refund within 48 hours of departure. Transfers incur a 10% fee.
