- Tandem kayaks are for ages 5+; anyone under 16 must paddle with an adult age 16+
- Single kayaks are for ages 16+ and have a 240 lb weight limit
- Tandem kayaks have a 250 lb weight limit per person
- Single kayaks require relative activity, good balance, and the ability to reenter the kayak in the water with guide assistance
- Bring water, snacks, synthetic layers instead of cotton, shoes that can get wet, and a rain jacket
- Tours operate weather permitting

Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged full price.
