Sail at sunset on a classic schooner with cocktails or mocktails
Two Hours
Up to Six people
Sail, Cocktails/mocktails
Sail for two hours at sunset on a classic sailing schooner and take in the changing colors from the deck. Settle into a bean bag chair and enjoy a complimentary cocktail or mocktail.
Capacity is limited to 6 guests. Boarding requires stepping onto the vessel and moving around a dynamic, moving deck; going below deck requires a five-step ladder. Bring your own drinking water.
Cancel 2 weeks in advance to receive a full refund. Reschedule 2 weeks in advance with no extra fee; otherwise there will be a reschedule fee for 25% the cost of your booking. We do not issue refunds due to wildfire smoke. No refunds for rescheduled sails.
Arrive early to allow time for parking; on Friday and Saturday evenings, plan to show up at least 30 minutes early. The crew runs charters back to back, so you may need to wait for the boat to return, and you do not board early.
Bring a warm jacket since it can feel breezy and cool on the water. Bring sunscreen and your own drinking water (water is not provided); blankets are available on board.
Boarding requires stepping onto a stable boarding platform and then onto the vessel, plus walking across the deck. Once underway, you need to balance on your own if you move around. The composting toilet is below deck and very small; reaching it requires a five-step ladder and can be challenging for some guests.

Captain Cosima and her crew have created something really special on the water here. Guests consistently rave about the cozy, intimate atmosphere aboard the Manna, a charming wooden boat that sits beautifully close to the water. The unique wood-burning stove makes winter and fall cruises particularly magical, and complimentary drinks (hot toddies in cooler months, rum cocktails for sunset sails) add a thoughtful touch. The scenery is stunning, with Mount Rainier and the Olympics providing a breathtaking backdrop while sea lions often make appearances. What stands out most is how the crew makes everyone feel welcome and relaxed. Families with young children love the experience just as much as couples celebrating special occasions or friends enjoying a casual outing. You can bring your own food and drinks for a picnic vibe, and the two-hour cruises consistently fly by. The sunset cruises seem especially popular, though one guest did suggest adding a speaker system to help passengers hear the captain's commentary better. Whether it's your first time on the water or you're a repeat visitor, the combination of natural beauty, thoughtful hospitality, and that unique cozy atmosphere keeps people coming back.
We had the BEST most relaxing time on Manna with our visiting family and almost 2yr old!! Saw the Olympics and Rainier while sipping complementary hot toddies, oh my gosh, what relaxation and such a treat!! Can't wait to go out again 😍
