Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation or changes up to 24 hours before start time. Cancellations/changes within 24 hours are not rescheduled or refunded; no-shows are charged in full. For groups of 6+ and custom/private bookings: 7-day cancellation period and a 25% deposit required to confirm.

Dress for winter conditions and wear waterproof boots with good grip. Layer up (ski/snowboard outerwear works well) and bring warm socks, gloves, a warm hat, sunglasses or ski goggles, sunscreen, and a water bottle (fresh water refills are provided).
Yes. Every guest must complete a liability waiver before the tour starts. If you’re under 16, a parent or guardian must complete your waiver.
