Minimum age is 12 for this tour; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Not recommended for guests with severe mobility impairments due to moderate walking. A vehicle cleaning fee of $250–$500 may be charged if extra cleaning is required.
Cancel or reschedule at least 7 days before start time to avoid penalty. A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservations. Changes within 7 days are not rescheduled or refunded. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Yes. All guests must complete a liability waiver before the start time. If you’re under 16, a parent or guardian must complete your waiver.
Dress for changing mountain conditions. Bring comfortable walking shoes, layers, a rain jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle (water refills are provided), and a fully charged camera or phone.
Plan for some light to moderate walking to reach viewpoints. If you prefer not to walk or hike, you can skip those parts and spend time at the Columbia Icefields Centre exhibits instead.
