Important details
- A party of 15 requires at least 5 people to stay overnight on the property; the count includes your officiant, photographer and other service providers.
- Drone operation requires prior permission, a Federal Aviation Administration license and commercial liability insurance. An additional fee and deposit apply and are not included in the listed price.
- Keep all areas outside the pavilion open to others visiting the property, including the area beneath the waterfall. Attempts by anyone in your party or your service providers to exclude others incur an additional $2,500 charge.
- Do not operate a drone without explicit prior permission. Unauthorized operation by anyone in your party incurs a $2,500 charge, separate from any damage costs.
- Leave the property exactly as you found it; ceremony cleanup is your responsibility.
- The main inn, lodge and associated common areas are not included. Use the bathroom near the office briefly, not as a preparation area.
- Enter the river only if staff advise that conditions are safe that day.
- Carpool to stay within the 3-vehicle parking allowance.
- Complete online check-in before arrival to receive the gate code. Before accessing the property, check in at the office and sign liability waivers.
Cancellation Policy
Wedding payments are non-refundable. Semi-Flexible dates can move to available dates with over 30 days' notice; later changes may incur fees. Firm-date changes are case-by-case, with fees likely. A required move for exclusive use warrants a full refund if alternatives aren't acceptable. Runs rain or shine; unsafe swimming brings no refund. Operator cancellations receive a full refund or credit.
