Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before for a full refund. Cancel 24+ hours before to reschedule. No cancellations within 24 hours. If cut short due to weather, you can reschedule. Late returns over 15 minutes are charged one full-priced hour per watercraft.
FAQs
Operations may be delayed or canceled for at least 30 minutes after sustained winds of 20 mph or greater (or gusts of 30 mph), lightning within a 12-mile radius, or thunder heard/lightning visible. If your booking is cut short due to weather, you can reschedule to another available time or receive a Rain Check credit to reschedule online within 365 days.
Yes. If a watercraft is returned more than 15 minutes late, a late fee is charged to the card on file. The fee equals the rate of one full-priced hour per watercraft.
Yes. Private/small-group lessons can be scheduled outside the preestablished lesson schedule, subject to instructor availability. Small groups are limited to 10 people maximum.
