- Arrive 45 minutes before your rental time; everyone in your party must be present to sign a waiver
- Have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for every minor
- Age 21+ required to rent watercraft
- Watch the full safety video before arrival if you will drive
- Bring a valid credit card for check-in
- A $1,000 credit-card security-deposit preauthorization is required and held until the boat is returned without damage beyond normal wear and tear
- A processing fee and fuel surcharge apply and are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the rental agency cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If your reservation is successfully rebooked, you will receive a refund. No-shows are charged the full price.
