- Ages 16+ only to ride; an adult age 18+ is required to complete the rental
- Wear a helmet and ride with a parent if you are under 18
- Sign a rental waiver for every rider
- Leave a credit card or driver's license as a deposit
- Keep rental e-bikes off the beach
- Return the bike in the same clean condition; a $30 cleaning fee not included in the listed price applies to each wet, muddy, or sandy bike
- Return on time; a $25 late fee not included in the listed price applies every 15 minutes after the first 15 minutes late
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
