Cancellation Policy
Cancel penalty-free up to 48 hours after booking, unless the event is within 14 days. 50% refund if you cancel more than 14 days before. No refunds within 14 days. If Urban AdvenTours cancels the event, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Yes. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is processed at the discretion of the employee handling the transaction. If you request a change within 14 days of your reserved event, a $25 fee per ticket applies. You can reschedule only once.
If you do not arrive 30 minutes before your tour’s departure time, your space may be given away and you will not receive a refund or credit. Late arrivals will not be caught up to the tour.
In some circumstances, Urban AdvenTours may cancel an event up to an hour before the start time. If they cancel, you can reschedule (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a full refund.
