- Drive 1.4 miles or 5 minutes to Keauhou Bay. Park along the street.
- Meet our crew at the meeting location.
- Depart Keauhou Bay to Manta Ray Village only 5 minutes away.
- Spend 30 minutes in the water snorkeling.
- Return to departure point. There is no need to return to the check-in location.

Important details
- Ages 6–70 only
- Weight must be under 285 lbs
- Snorkeling requires swimming and treading-water ability, previous snorkeling experience and moderate physical fitness
- Requires climbing a metal ladder resting on a pontoon to reboard the boat
- Not suitable for you if you have neck or back problems, major medical conditions or heart conditions
- Not suitable for you if you are afraid of darkness, deep water or large animals
- Requires the physical and mental ability to understand and follow safety instructions
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Minors require adult supervision at all times, on the boat and in the water. A frightened, crying child must return aboard with a parent or guardian
- Participation is subject to the crew's assessment of your attire, behavior, fitness and physical condition
- Sign the electronic waiver before the tour. Each adult needs a waiver; minors may be included on a parent's or guardian's waiver
- Arrange your own transportation to check-in and onward to Keauhou Bay; transportation is not provided
- Do not bring large backpacks or towels into check-in. Only a small bag is permitted aboard; large backpacks, purses, dry bags and luggage are not allowed on the boat
- Arrive at your reserved check-in time, not earlier. Your ticket time is the check-in time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice are nonrefundable. No-shows receive no refund or reschedule. Tours run rain or shine. If unsafe ocean conditions cause cancellation, you'll be offered a reschedule, subject to availability, or a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

FAQs
Yes. If you cannot swim, you can join the manta ray night snorkel as a ride-along and remain on the boat. A paid ticket is required because you occupy a reserved seat.
Prescription masks, GoPro cameras and snorkel vests for ages 13+ are available to rent. These optional rentals cost extra and are not included in the listed price.
Free street parking is available on both sides of Kaleiopapa Street. Respect no-parking areas, and do not park in boat-trailer spaces, the boat wash-down area or across driveways.
