- Arrive in time for dock access five minutes before your scheduled charter; departure is approximately five minutes after the scheduled time
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Ages 13 and under must wear a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket while onboard; life jackets are provided
- Service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted
- Do not bring smoking or vaping materials, open flames, glass, red wine, hard coolers, illegal drugs, sharp objects, weapons, or pirate accessories
- Boarding requires steps between a floating dock and a moving vessel
- Expect a credit card processing fee not included in the listed price
- Captain and crew gratuity is not included; 18–22% is suggested
- Expect tides, wind, and weather to affect the route and timing

Cancellation Policy
Standard reservations are non-refundable. If weather requires postponement, your charter is rescheduled at no charge within the same calendar year.
