Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before group excursions or 48 hours before IV Therapy excursions for a full refund. No-shows and later cancellations are non-refundable. Full refund or reschedule at no charge if the operator cancels due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or not meeting minimum capacity. Private charters: 7+ days full refund; 6–3 days 50%; within 48 hours no refund.
