Itinerary
What to Expect
Upon arrival, our friendly and experienced guides will give you a detailed safety and equipment orientation before you're fitted with your personal gear for the tour. You will also have the opportunity to actually zip on a low training cable to practice the techniques that you will be using on the tour.
Your adventure then begins! We'll transport you along a 1.5-mile scenic nature trail to the beginning of the course where the Mighty Oak awaits your arrival. You will complete 10 Ziplines, traverse 4 adventure sky bridges and rappel back to ground level at the finish line.
While waiting between each zip you will enjoy amazing views from the observation platforms. Your guides will point out interesting highlights of the area, including native vegetation, geology, animals, as well as local history.
For thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike, it's the perfect adventure for families, couples seeking to escape the fast-paced city, or adults looking for something new. Designed for guests who are in reasonably good health, the "Original" Canopy Tour is sure to thrill first-time zippers as well as the most experienced zip line enthusiasts.
Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour and check in at the Clubhouse
- Ages 10+ only; ages 10–15 require adult accompaniment and must participate independently
- Weight limit is 70–250 lbs; all participants are weighed at check-in, and no refund is given if you do not meet the limit
- A responsible adult must remain on the grounds for participants under 18
- Complete a waiver before arrival; participants under 18 without a parent or guardian need a signed waiver and a copy of the parent or guardian's ID
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted
- Average mobility and strength and reasonably good health are required; pregnancy and impairment from alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing legal drugs exclude participation
- Dress for the weather, as tours operate in rain and cold weather and weather delays can occur
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before your tour for a refund less a $10 per-person service fee; booking fees are nonrefundable. Change once up to 7 days before the original time. No refunds or reschedules within 7 days. Receive a full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseeable conditions.
FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time and check in at the Clubhouse. If you haven’t checked in at least 10 minutes before your tour, you may lose your reserved seat. If a later seat is available, the team may try to reschedule; if not, you may lose the tour.
Yes. Every participant must sign a waiver to participate, and all waivers must be completed prior to arrival. You’ll receive a separate email with a waiver link; forward it to everyone in your group so each person can sign.
Kids ages 10–15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and must be able to participate independently. A responsible adult must be on the grounds for all participants under 18. Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian; if the signer is not present, bring a photocopy of the signer’s driver’s license with the signed waiver.
