Launch side by side from an 85-foot tower and zip a quarter mile through the forest canopy. The on-site experience takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour, and the zip itself is less than a minute.
Ages 8+ and participants must weigh 70–250 lbs; you’ll be weighed at check-in on a “GO/NO GO” scale. Guests ages 8–15 must be accompanied by an adult, and a responsible adult must remain on the grounds for anyone under 18. A waiver is required for all participants.
7-day cancellation policy. Cancel more than 7 days before for a refund minus $10 per person service fee; booking fees processed by Fareharbor are non-refundable. One date/time change allowed up to 7 days prior. No refunds or reschedules within 7 days. Full refund if operator cancels due to weather.
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time and check in at the Clubhouse. If you don’t check in at least 10 minutes before your tour, you may lose your reserved seat. If later seats are available, staff may try to reschedule you; if not, you may lose the tour.
Yes. Every participant must read and sign a Waiver and Release Form, and all waivers must be completed prior to arrival. If a participant is under 18 and their parent or legal guardian isn’t present, bring a waiver signed by the parent/guardian plus a photocopy of the signer’s driver’s license.
Dress for the weather; the tour can run in rain and cold. Wear comfortable clothing (avoid loose items; short shorts aren’t recommended) and close-toed shoes like hiking shoes or sneakers. Don’t wear sandals or flip-flops, and avoid dangling jewelry; tie back long hair.
