Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time and check in at the Clubhouse
- Ages 8+ only; ages 8–15 must be accompanied by an adult and participate independently
- Weight limit 70–250 lbs; all participants are weighed at check-in
- Complete and sign a waiver before arrival
- Minors without a parent or legal guardian need a signed waiver and a photocopy of the signer’s driver’s license
- Average mobility and strength and reasonably good health are required
- Participation is not available during pregnancy or while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing legal drugs
- Wear close-toed shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted. Avoid loose clothing and dangling jewelry, and tie back long hair
- Dress for the weather; tours operate in rain and cold weather
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before your tour for a refund less a $10 per-person service fee; booking fees are nonrefundable. Change your date or time once more than 7 days before the original tour. No refunds or rescheduling within 7 days. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseeable conditions, choose a reschedule or full refund.

Yes. Every participant must read and sign a Waiver and Release Form, and all waivers must be completed prior to arrival. If a participant is under 18 and their parent or legal guardian isn’t present, bring a waiver signed by the parent/guardian plus a photocopy of the signer’s driver’s license.
Dress for the weather; the tour can run in rain and cold. Wear comfortable clothing (avoid loose items; short shorts aren’t recommended) and close-toed shoes like hiking shoes or sneakers. Don’t wear sandals or flip-flops, and avoid dangling jewelry; tie back long hair.
