Things to know
Riders must be age 8+ and under 250 lbs. Riders under 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult on the same booking; no double riding. Closed-toe shoes are required; long pants are recommended.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or guests who choose not to participate after check-in.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, you cannot participate and you will not receive a refund.
Rides take place in rain or snow, and those conditions are not refundable. Rides are canceled for lightning; if your ride is canceled due to lightning, you receive a full refund.
