Tours run rain, snow or shine. Vegetarians can be accommodated but most other dietary restrictions cannot; shellfish allergies are ok. You must be 21+ with photo ID for alcoholic drinks; some routes include stairs or an incline.
Tickets are nonrefundable. Tours may be rescheduled up to three days before your tour start date. No rescheduling for partial attendance, no-shows, or late arrivals. Tours may be canceled by the operator when circumstances prevent operating at their best.
