Cancellation Policy
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Tours can be rescheduled as many times as needed up to three days before start. No rescheduling for partial attendance, no-shows, or late arrivals. If the operator cancels, you receive a credit to use on a future tour.

Arrive 5 minutes before your tour. Your guide will be in a blue t-shirt or jacket on the stairs to the left of Galena Bakehouse.
Use free parking along Galena’s Main Street and side streets, or park in the lot next to the meeting location for $10 for the day. Allow extra time to find parking since it can get busy.
