Things to know
Lunch is not automatically included and costs extra; confirm the current lunch price with Greetwell before booking. Arrive about 10 minutes early; anyone more than 15 minutes late may be left with no refund. No flip-flops and no spray sunscreen on the raft.
Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for the full cost within 5 days of the trip. If you cancel or re-book within 5 days, you forfeit the trip cost or may be subject to a rebooking fee. No refunds for canceling due to weather. Full refund if the operator cancels for any reason.

Arrive about 10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be left behind and you will not receive a refund.
Wear swimwear and river footwear or shoes that attach to your feet (no flip-flops). Bring sunglasses and a hat if you’d like. Do not bring spray sunscreen on the raft.
You can bring a camera or GoPro at your own risk; the operator is not responsible for lost or damaged items. You can leave cell phones in your car until after the trip.
