Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time. If you request a monetary refund with at least 24 hours notice, a 25% surcharge will be withheld. Full refund only if Haunts of Richmond cancels the tour.
Wear good walking shoes; flat, closed-toe shoes are highly recommended. Bring water and anything weather-appropriate for your comfort. Bring an umbrella since you will be outside.
