Not intended for children under age 5. Tours run rain or shine except in extreme weather as determined by management. Intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave with no refunds.
Non-refundable and non-transferable within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time. With at least 24 hours notice, a monetary refund is available minus a 25% surcharge. Full refunds are only offered if Haunts of Richmond cancels the tour.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to check in.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and good walking shoes (flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended). Bring water, a state-issued ID, and an umbrella since you’ll be outside rain or shine.
Restroom facilities are not readily available during the tour, so plan accordingly before you start.
