Join a Ghost Host for a nighttime walk through Shockoe Bottom, Richmond's oldest and most haunted neighborhood. Hear tragic stories and eerie legends that span more than 400 years.
The route covers about 3/4 mile on uneven historic sidewalks, so wear sturdy shoes and be comfortable walking. Not recommended for children under five; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The tour operates rain or shine, and intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave without refund.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable within 24 hours of the scheduled tour. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may transfer tickets to another tour once or cancel for a 100 % credit, or request a monetary refund minus a 25 % fee. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
The tour runs rain or shine except in extreme weather; if the operator cancels you may reschedule or receive a refund.
Photos are welcome, but audio and video recording are not permitted.
Ghosts are not guaranteed, but guests are encouraged to take photos and may use quiet investigation tools.
