- Ages 4+ only; a minimum of 2 passengers is required
- Be ready for pickup between 7:30–8:00 am on the West Side, 8:00–8:30 am on the South Side, or 8:30–9:00 am in Central Maui; exact timing is set by 7:00 pm the day before
- Expect more than 600 switchback turns; bring motion sickness medication if needed
- Tours operate in rain or sunshine, and the itinerary may change for safety
- Swimming is available only when weather and safety conditions permit
