- Minimum height is 4 ft. Weight range is 40–240 lbs; no more than three riders can weigh over 225 lbs. You'll be weighed at check-in.
- Requires the ability to follow directions.
- Riders under 18 require an accompanying adult and must wear a helmet.
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
- Complete the waiver within 48 hours of booking.
- Bring any special medications you may need during the ride.
- Do not use your cell phone during the horseback ride.
- Rides do not operate when temperatures exceed 100°F or an Extreme Heat warning is in effect.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure to get acquainted and complete the riding paperwork.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your activity for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are charged. If your ride is canceled because temperatures exceed 100°F or an Extreme Heat warning is in effect, you'll receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule, subject to availability and temperatures below 100°F.
