Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund on regular guided tours. Parties of 8+ need 5 days' notice. Dinner tours and other specialty offerings may have stricter policies. No refund for no-shows or improper footwear. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
