Minimum age is 8. You must be able to walk up and down at least 8 flights of stairs and handle slippery, muddy, uneven terrain. Gratuities are appreciated; confirm the expected amount with Greetwell before booking.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start (72 hours for parties of 6+). Cancellations within 24/72 hours are charged 50%. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals unable to attend are charged 100%. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions or minimum not met.
