Things to know
Tours operate Mondays–Fridays and are closed Saturdays and Sundays. A nominal third-party convenience fee is automatically added for online availability; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Groups of 11+ have an automatic $20 per person gratuity added.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. After check-in: no refunds except you can get a full refund if there is a flash flood watch/warning for the North Fork of the Wailua River, or a 50% refund if stream-crossing discharge is too swift to traverse.

Check in at least 30 minutes before your tour time if you arrive by rental car or taxi. If your group has more than 6 people, check in 40 minutes before your tour time.
Wear a swimsuit and choose footwear suitable for mud and water. Bring towel(s) and about 1 liter of water per person. A lightweight jacket and a cap or visor can help with rain or bright sun; bring a small vial of repellent if you want it.
