Pedal a custom-built, two-person railbike along the tracks through Hood River Valley, with pedal-assist power available for the full ride. Cross a bridge, follow the Hood River toward Mt. Hood, then stop at The Fruit Company before riding back to the station.
Railbikes run outdoors and may be canceled for safety in inclement weather. Arrive at least 40 minutes early; a mandatory safety briefing starts about 20 minutes before departure, and late arrivals cannot join. Max weight is 250 lb per rider; close-toed shoes are required.

Yes. Everyone on your reservation must complete a waiver. Riders under 16 need a parent or guardian to complete the waiver before arrival.
Children must be at least 3 years old and can’t be carried on a lap. Railbikes aren’t suited for children under 44 inches. Children under 16 must ride with an adult, and the railbike operator must be at least 16.

We were a few minutes late for our train/trolley ride due to unexpected traffic but the staff was extremely accommodating and transported us by car (4 of us) to the Mt Hood Fruit Company so we could all ride back. The stewards, conductor and all the staff were first rate. Very enjoyable!
