With an exceptional track record and glowing feedback, this e-bike operation stands out for its incredibly friendly, helpful staff who make first-timers feel comfortable. People consistently praise team members like Brian, Taylor, Stella, and Hannah for their patience, clear instructions, and thorough knowledge of both the bikes and the routes. The equipment is well-maintained and newer, with pedal assist making the hilly terrain manageable even for those new to cycling. The self-guided format using paper and mobile maps works beautifully, giving riders freedom to explore multiple waterfalls at their own pace without worrying about permits or parking hassles. The experience itself is magical, with bike paths accessing nature you can't reach by car. Most travelers recommend booking the full or half day to really take advantage of everything. One consistent heads-up: you'll be sharing roads with vehicle traffic, which most found courteous but occasionally aggressive. This is better suited for confident cyclists rather than young children or those uncomfortable riding on roads. Multiple reviewers mention it's worth every minute, calling it a perfect way to see the waterfall corridor.

The morning text with directions! Upon arrival, I was nervous I was at the wrong spot because of the steep gravel driveway but once at the top, they were so easy to talk to and their directions and explanation of the map were so easy to understand. The equipment was up to date and clean. The ride was incredible! Worth every penny!
