Itinerary
The first hour and a half is for your party to enjoy the walk-through portion of the zoo, celebrating with gifts, cake, food, and good company. Next is a one-hour trailer tour through the drive-through portion. This leaves you with 30 minutes to pack and clean once you return.

Cancellation Policy
Request cancellation at least 48 hours before your event to receive credit as a gift certificate for a future visit. Party deposits are nonrefundable except in a rainout, when a full refund applies. You can reschedule to another available date at no extra charge, including for weather.
