Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to pick up tickets
- Prepare for any type of weather
- Children ages 1–10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Infants under 12 months must ride on a lap or in a body carrier; strollers and car seats are not allowed on the train
- Leave outside alcohol, glass, and large hard-sided coolers off coach cars
- Leave alcoholic beverages and recreational drugs off the property
- Participation requires accepting a liability waiver and the activity's inherent risks
- Expect possible train delays or cancellations; locomotives and passenger cars may change without notice
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a 90% refund of the ticket subtotal. No refund within 48 hours of departure. No refunds for fees, changes within one hour of departure, or no-shows. Transfers incur a 10% fee.

No. Coach seating is first come, first served on benches along the sides of the car. Board together if you want to sit together.
