Minimum age is 8. Parks Canada closures may require itinerary changes, and gear rentals for skating or snowshoeing require arrangements at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule without penalty at least 7 days before start. A 25% lifetime deposit is required to confirm. Changes or cancellations within 7 days are not rescheduled or refunded. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Dress for winter conditions and layer up. Bring waterproof boots with good grip, warm socks, waterproof pants, a warm jacket, thermal base layers (avoid cotton if possible), gloves, a warm hat, sunglasses or ski goggles, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Hot drinks and water refills are available during the day.
