Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full reservation cost. Full refund or rescheduling if Paddle-N-More cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
FAQs
Bring clothing and footwear that can get wet, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a filled reusable water bottle. Water shoes or sandals are recommended. Bring a waterproof case or dry bag for your phone, keys, and valuables.
Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while on the water.
For your kayak or paddleboard rental, staff will help you get set up with your watercraft, paddle, life jacket, basic safety information, route suggestions, and launch guidance. Once launched, you paddle independently.
