Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Read and sign waivers before arrival
- Return equipment on time; late-return fees apply
- Stay within designated areas and return equipment yourself; retrieval fees apply if recovery is needed
- Monitor wind, weather, fatigue, and comfort level while on the water
- Return to shore immediately if it is safe to do so when thunder or lightning occurs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full reservation cost. Receive a full refund or rescheduling if Paddle-N-More cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
FAQs
Bring clothing and footwear that can get wet, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a filled reusable water bottle. Water shoes or sandals are recommended. Use a waterproof case or dry bag for your phone, keys, and valuables.
This 8-hour rental is self-guided. Staff will help set up your watercraft, paddle, and life jacket, provide basic safety information and route suggestions, and offer launch guidance before you paddle independently.
A life jacket is provided and must be worn at all times while on the water.
