- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity time
- Bring a government-issued photo ID or passport; an ID is required for every participant
- Ages 12+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Weight limit 99–264 lbs (45–120 kg)
- Requires basic swimming skills
- Not permitted during pregnancy or with asthma, heart conditions, neck, back, or knee problems, serious medical conditions, or recent surgery
- Do not use alcohol or drugs before or during the activity
- Leave phones, cameras, action cameras, and drones off the activity
- Wear the provided life jacket and helmet at all times
- A $20 USD dock fee per person is not included in the listed price and is collected in cash at check-in
- Requires the cardholder of the credit or debit card used for payment to be present
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours ahead for a full refund; 72–24 hours ahead for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if port authorities suspend the activity due to weather. A doctor's note is required for a full refund for medical cancellations. No refund for unused time.
