Know before you go

• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity time
• Bring a government-issued photo ID or passport; an ID is required for every participant
• Ages 12+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Weight limit 99–264 lbs (45–120 kg)
• Requires basic swimming skills
• Not permitted during pregnancy or with asthma, heart conditions, neck, back, or knee problems, serious medical conditions, or recent surgery
• Do not use alcohol or drugs before or during the activity
• Leave phones, cameras, action cameras, and drones off the activity
• Wear the provided life jacket and helmet at all times
• A $20 USD dock fee per person is not included in the listed price and is collected in cash at check-in
