- Bring a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license
- Ages 12+ only; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

- Not permitted during pregnancy or with asthma, heart, neck, back, or knee conditions, serious medical conditions, or recent surgery
- Avoid alcohol and drugs before and during the activity
- Leave cellphones, cameras, action cameras, and drones checked in during the activity
- Wear the provided life jacket and helmet at all times
- Expect a $20 USD per-person dock fee, not included in the listed price, payable in cash at check-in

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations over 72 hours before start; 50% refund 24–72 hours before. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund for medical cancellations with a doctor's note. Full refund if port authorities suspend the activity due to weather. No refund for unused time. Same-day rescheduling costs $20.
