- Drive 1.4 miles or 5 minutes to Keauhou Bay. Park along the street.
- Meet our crew at the meeting location.
- Depart Keauhou Bay to Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Monument).
- Depart to Sea Caves and Lava Tubes.
- Return to departure point. There is no need to return to the check-in location.

Important details
- Ages 6–70 only
- Weight must be under 285 lbs
- Snorkeling requires knowing how to swim and tread water comfortably. Non-swimmers may join with a paid ride-along ticket and remain on the boat
- Requires climbing a metal ladder resting on a pontoon to get back into the boat
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with neck or back problems, heart conditions, or major medical conditions
- Requires the physical and mental ability to understand and follow safety instructions
- Minors require an accompanying adult at all times, both in the water and on the boat
- Complete an electronic waiver for each person before the tour; minors may be included on a parent or guardian's waiver
- Bring only reef-safe sunscreen lotion made with zinc or minerals. Spray sunscreen and products containing oxybenzone, octinoxate, avobenzone, or octocrylene are not allowed
- Follow crew safety instructions. Service may be refused based on attire, behavior, physical fitness, or condition
- Arrive at the check-in time on your ticket, not earlier
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the start time in the local time zone for a full refund. No refunds for later cancellations; no refunds or rescheduling for no-shows. Tours run rain or shine. If unsafe ocean conditions cause a cancellation, you'll be offered rescheduling subject to availability, or a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.
