Important details
- Complete a mandatory vessel safety and operations briefing, which typically takes 10 minutes
- A signed rental waiver is required for every captain operating the vessel
- Captains born on or after January 1, 1988 require a US Coast Guard-approved boater safety course certificate and government-issued photo ID onboard
- A $500 damage-deposit hold is required on a card; it is released within 7 days less any damage, fuel, lost-item or other amounts due
- Children under 7 must wear a USCG-approved personal flotation device at all times onboard; bring jackets for these children and infants or toddlers weighing 30 lbs or less
- Boat renter's and boater liability insurance is offered; declining coverage means you are solely liable for damage and injury claims
- Trailer pickup is available only with experience towing trailers and launching and landing boats

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before: $50 of the deposit is forfeited; remaining payments are returned. Cancel 4 days before: $200 of the deposit is forfeited; remaining payments are returned. Cancel within 72 hours: $300 of the deposit is forfeited; remaining deposit is returned. No-shows forfeit the rental amount less the security deposit.

Fuel, lost items, damaged accessories, add-ons, and other amounts due may be deducted from the $500 damage-deposit hold. Any remaining hold is released automatically within 7 days after your rental.
