Important details
- Requires experience operating V-bottom or semi-V-bottom vessels
- Complete a mandatory equipment, safety, and operations briefing before departure
- Bring a government-issued photo ID for each captain
- Captains born on or after January 1, 1988 require a US Coast Guard-approved Boater Safety Course certificate and must keep it onboard
- Sign the rental waiver before operating the vessel
- A $500 damage-deposit hold is placed on the card on file; damage, fuel, lost-item, and other amounts due may be deducted
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on usage
- Children under 7 must wear a USCG-approved personal flotation device at all times; bring one for children under 7 and travelers needing their own jacket

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before: $50 of the deposit is forfeited; remaining payments are returned. Cancel 4 days before: $200 of the deposit is forfeited. Cancel within 72 hours: $300 of the deposit is forfeited. No-shows forfeit the rental amount less the security deposit.

You may trailer and launch the skiff if you have experience towing trailers and launching and landing boats. You are responsible for equipment damage during use.
Boat renters' and boater liability insurance is offered. You may decline coverage, but then you are solely liable for damage or injury during the rental, including claims involving the vessel, equipment, passengers, other parties, or property.
