Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours can be rebooked. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rebooking. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

Leave alcoholic beverages, coolers, disposable food or drink containers, and disposable items such as paper bags, boxes, breakable plastic utensils, and cigarettes behind. Pets are prohibited; service animals are allowed in kayaks.
