- A reservation is required to enter Rainbow Springs State Park's Main Entrance; an entrance fee applies
- Ages 3+ only
- Children under 12 must share the vessel with a parent or guardian

- No alcohol or disposable containers on the Rainbow River; use reusable containers for food and nonalcoholic drinks
- Service animals only in kayaks
- Children under 6 must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while underway
- Requires tolerating outdoor conditions, including sun, currents, insects, and water exposure for the rental period

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
