With an impressive track record and consistently glowing feedback, this outfitter has clearly mastered the art of customer service. Staff members like Thomas, Whitney, and Whit get called out by name for their patience, expertise, and genuine care for visitors' experiences. The team takes time to offer thoughtful advice, whether that's helping guests choose the right gear, suggesting realistic itineraries, or even talking people out of overdoing it with back-to-back tours. Their flexibility shines through too, from staying open late for fittings to handling last-minute cancellations and medical emergencies without hassle. The gear rentals for the Narrows are a huge hit, with travelers praising both quality and fair pricing. Guided canyoneering trips and Angels Landing hikes consistently exceed expectations, with guides managing logistics like permits and transportation while keeping groups safe and moving at a comfortable pace. Multiple visitors recommend picking up rental equipment the evening before to catch early shuttles and beat the crowds. The shop also carries solid souvenirs and outdoor brands if you need additional gear. Bottom line: this is the kind of reliable, customer-focused operation that makes exploring Zion's challenging terrain feel accessible and well-supported.
