Cancel 3+ days ahead for a full refund; 1–2 days ahead for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: $75 after 15+ minutes, $150 after 1+ hour, or the full-day rental cost after 2+ hours.
