Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying any passenger under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Complete the required state off-highway vehicle education course and have proof of certification before taking possession of the vehicle
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
- A required Premium Damage Waiver limits damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is authorized on your card on the day of the rental
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in the listed price
- Late returns incur a $75 fee after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or a full-day rental charge after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
