Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when any passenger is under 18
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- All drivers must complete the State OHV Education Course and show their certificate before taking possession of the vehicle
- A $1,500 damage-deposit authorization is required per machine upon arrival by credit or debit card
- The required Premium Damage Waiver limits UTV or ATV damage costs to a maximum $1,500 per machine
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added to all bookings and is not reflected in taxes and fees
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
- Complete the required off-road safety video before your ride
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund; 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns are charged $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or the full-day rental cost after 2 hours.

You must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license to rent any of our UTV/ATV off-road machines. To rent Jet Skis, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. If you have minor passengers in the vehicle (under 18), the renter/driver is required to be 25 years old.
Yes! All required safety gear is provided for you during your reservation, including helmets and goggles. All of our machines have in-console Ride Command GPS systems to help you navigate.
